An enterprise 360-degree feedback platform designed to streamline how organizations evaluate and develop leadership talent. The platform orchestrates the entire feedback lifecycle: administrators create feedback projects, define participants, and invite raters across four relationship categories superiors, peers, subordinates, and others. Each rater receives a secure, token-based survey link to submit structured ratings across multiple leadership dimensions along with free-form comments. Once feedback collection is complete, the system aggregates all responses and feeds them through a two-stage AI pipeline. The first stage uses GPT-4 to analyze hundreds of raw comments, extracting recurring themes and categorizing them by sentiment with supporting examples. The second stage generates a strategic executive coaching narrative, assessing the leader across five key dimensions Influence & Inspiration, Trust & Connection, Empathy & Consciousness, Optimism & Emotional Management, and Drive & Purpose and produces actionable development recommendations tailored to the individual's role and organizational context. These AI-generated insights are then combined with quantitative analytics, charts, and visual summaries into a professionally formatted PDF report, rendered by a containerized microservice using Playwright for high-fidelity output. Reports are archived in cloud storage and delivered to stakeholders via secure links. The platform also includes real-time survey progress tracking, automated email reminders, customizable survey templates, company branding options, and integrated payment processing.
