Contributed to the frontend and feature development of an enterprise email deliverability and inbox monitoring platform.

Contributed to a mature email deliverability and inbox monitoring platform over a six-month engagement. The platform helps enterprise email programs maximize inbox placement by monitoring sender reputation, tracking email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and providing configurable dashboards with customizable alerts for deliverability threats. It offers inbox placement insights showing which mailbox providers route emails to spam, engagement analytics (open times, device types, dwell times), and performance benchmarking against industry peers. The application, built on CodeIgniter (PHP), serves high-volume senders. Worked across the full stack - building and updating subscription and account management features, maintaining backend services, working with MySQL and ClickHouse for data storage and analytics, and implementing WCAG accessibility standards across the platform to ensure compliance and inclusive user experiences.
